The solution.
I began by chatting to U21's communication team about the purpose of the videos, who they would be shown to, and where.
We discussed the intended look and feel and set about developing a storyboard and script.
I filmed the videos in a small office at the University of Birmingham where I liaised with U21's Provost, Jenny Dixon, to record all of the required 'pieces to camera'.
I rearranged the furniture and used colourful LED lighting to bring the space to life. (Some of the staff couldn't believe the transformation!).
Finally, I took the footage away to be edited. The video was compiled with music, enhanced with on-screen graphics, and rendered with subtitles.
