St Giles Hospice

The brief.

St Giles Hospice is a national charity providing care for local people and their families, living with a potentially incurable illness.

I was phoned by St Giles late on a Friday afternoon, asking for my urgent help. One of their residents, Sean, had decided to marry his long-term partner, Annette, at a ceremony at the hospice the very next day.

I was asked if I would capture a video of the special service - `I said yes straight away. It was an honour to film a beautiful video of the ceremony which I then edited and shared with the resident’s family.‍

Giving back.

At Embrace Video, we're passionate about using our video production skills to highlight and promote important social issues, and to support charitable organisations in our region.

We regularly volunteer our time, knowledge and expertise to support the work of meaningful organisations in the Lichfield district.

Although we're absolutely not a wedding video company, it was a pleasure to help St Giles Hospice to capture such a special moment for the family of one of their Lichfield residents.
