The brief.

Erica Berry flowers is an independent boutique florist in the beautiful spa town of Ilkley in West Yorkshire.

Boasting five prestigious Chelsea Flower Show medals, the florist prides itself on its extensive industry experience and exceptional customer service.

I was asked to produce a welcoming brand film with a very personal feel for the company's website. The purpose was to inform prospective customers about the range of services available and persuade them to use Erica Berry Flowers for their floral requirements.‍

The solution.

Within just minutes of chatting to Erica and her team at an initial ideas meeting, their genuine love for floristry was clear.

We decided to use a combination of staff interviews and powerful customer testimonials to convey this passion, and the business's other key messages; experience, quality and exemplary customer service.

The result.

The process.

Planning

I planned the filming so that the whole video could be shot in just one day by a two-person crew across three different filming locations.

Filming

I wanted the viewer to feel like they were actually in the shop, so all the shots in the video were specifically chosen to create an immersive and cinematic feel.

Editing

The video was professionally edited across three days, with royalty-free music tracks sourced and licensed for online use.

Delivery

The final video was made available in a web-ready HD format. I also produced a selection of cut-down versions for use on social media.
